At Beauty Allure Aesthetics, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your products without delay.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Orders placed before 3:00pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same working day where possible.
Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, promotions or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery
We offer reliable UK delivery on all orders.
Free UK Delivery
Enjoy FREE UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £100.
The free shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout once your order qualifies.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that next day delivery refers to the delivery service selected after dispatch and cannot be guaranteed in the event of courier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our delivery partners, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including adverse weather, peak delivery periods or courier disruptions.
Beauty Allure Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
